• You may return any unopened product within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, sealed, and in the original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase is required to process your return.

• Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to the hygienic nature of tanning oils and gels.

Claim Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your product, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to file a claim for a refund or replacement.

To submit a claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos (if applicable).

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment once the returned product has been received and approved.

• Sol del Istmo S.A. reserves the right to accept or reject returns based on the condition of the item upon arrival.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are only available for unopened products returned within 7 days and are subject to availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Any product that has been opened or used.

• Returns initiated more than 7 days after delivery without a valid claim.

• Items not purchased directly from soldelistmo.com.
