Orders are delivered within an estimated 2–5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Panama.

Orders may occasionally take longer due to high order volume, weather, public holidays, carrier or courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Sol del Istmo S.A. is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and keep you informed.
